Owning a GALLI residence is a seamless experience — defined by clarity, verified progress, and precision at every step. From consultation to completion, every stage is structured, transparent, and personally supervised.

STEP 1 — CONSULTATION & SITE SELECTION.

Each ownership journey begins with a private consultation to align architectural goals, preferred locations, and investment scope. GALLI offers the flexibility to build either on our curated hillside plots or on independently selected land. We assist clients in finding and purchasing their desired property within a 30 km radius of Hua Hin — ensuring both location and legal structure are secured with confidence.

STEP 2 — AGREEMENT & STRUCTURE.

Once the design and location are confirmed, a bilingual purchase and construction agreement is prepared, reviewed, and signed. Ownership is established in full compliance with Thai law — through freehold, leasehold, or corporate ownership, depending on the buyer’s preference. Our in-house lawyer and notary are included in the process at no additional cost, ensuring complete legal clarity and security.

STEP 3 — BUILD FIRST. PAY AFTER VERIFICATION.

GALLI Real Estate pre-finances each construction phase. Clients pay only once each milestone is visibly completed, inspected, and approved. This system eliminates financial uncertainty and guarantees that every stage is measured, verified, and documented to the highest engineering standards.

STEP 4 — PAYMENT OPTIONS.

GALLI offers maximum flexibility in payment. In addition to standard bank transfers, we maintain international banking channels outside Thailand, allowing clients to make payments in their local currency at the official exchange rate on the day of transaction. We also accept full property payments in cryptocurrency, processed through certified financial partners. Supported currencies include USDT, USDC, Ethereum and Bitcoin — with full or hybrid payment options available. All transactions are handled with absolute transparency, documented, and fully compliant with Thai property regulations.

STEP 5 — COMPLETION GUARANTEE.

GALLI provides a formal fulfillment guarantee for every villa. We assume full responsibility as developer for timely completion, precise documentation, and transparent progress reporting — even for investors who are not present on site. Weekly live Facetime conferences from the construction site, detailed progress dossiers, and verified milestone reports ensure constant visibility. In the event of construction delay, GALLI enforces a contractual penalty clause against itself — underscoring our commitment to precision and accountability. From building permit approval, the expected timeline to handover is approximately seven months.

STEP 6 — INSPECTION & HANDOVER.

Upon completion, every structural and aesthetic element is reviewed and certified. Only after final verification does ownership transfer occur, accompanied by all legal documentation. Your villa is delivered fully operational, built to last, and ready to move in.

STEP 7 — AFTERCARE & SUPPORT.

Our commitment extends beyond construction. The GALLI team remains available to assist with maintenance coordination, local services, and any future modifications. Each residence is designed for autonomy, but supported by ongoing technical and administrative guidance.
